We use a state of the art truck-mounted hot water extraction system which provides you with a deep down and thorough cleaning. Hot water extraction, also known as “steam cleaning”, is recommended by most carpet and fabric manufactures and in many cases is required in order to maintain your warrantee.
Have you ever had your rugs or upholstery cleaned and noticed they seem to have lost there soft feel or have quickly become more soiled then they where before the cleaning? This can occur when cleaning solutions are left behind on your carpets or upholstery. We apply a specially formulated fiber rinse to thoroughly neutralize the cleaning solutions and leave your fabrics feeling soft and clean. We also use a deodorizer to help make your fabrics not only look and feel clean but also to leave them smelling great.
Our technicians are trained and certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification). It is very important to us that our technicians are professional, polite, uniformed, on time, and well equipped for the job.

1. Call for a free quote over the phone. We will quote you a 2 hour arrival window and not an “am or pm” window like many of the competitors use.
2.The technician will arrive with-in the quoted time frame and perform an initial walk thru discussing with you any concerns you may have. He or she will review their work order with you to make sure the price and requested work is correct.
3. We will move/ replace most reasonable furniture that does not have breakables in it or on it, then will pre-vacuum your carpet or upholstery. Using a professional spotting kit we will pre-treat any spots and pre-spray heavily soiled areas. For carpet we will use a rotary brush machine to scrub the traffic areas, then using our powerful hot water extraction system we will thoroughly rinse and extract the cleaning solutions and soil from your carpet or upholstery. We then apply a protect ant solution to help repel future spills and soils keeping your carpet or upholstery cleaner for a longer period of time. *Said process is based on our full service package/ call for details.
4. After the cleaning is done the technician will re-inspect their work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied and then present you with a written invoice for payment.
